It is considerably more difficult to succeed professionally in photography if you are a woman, from a disadvantaged social background, or simply live outside Europe and the American continent. Making it often boils down to two things: confidence, and advice. This is why your mentorship makes a genuine difference to the women we work with. You will help provide your mentee with the professional skills to develop their own style of photography, promote their work, and turn their passion into viable income.

We are looking for experienced working photographers with technical, coaching, and business skills. You will need to have great photographic technique and knowledge, but also strong interpersonal skills: we’re looking for someone who wants to commit long term, and who is determined to have a genuine, long term impact on someone’s career.
