The report is led by Bonnie Chiu, the co-founder and director of Lensational, and co-authored with 4 team members based in the UK and India: Patricia Shyr, Mehr Shah and Jessica Yang from the London School of Economics, and Sandeep Satheesh from the Bangalore Institute of Management.
The jury members consist of Ambassador Jenö Staehelin, Former Permanent Representative of Switzerland to the UN, Ms Petra Lanz, Director of UNDP Representation Office to Geneva, among other distinguished academics. The contest’s High Patron is Mr. Kofi Annan.
Although we did not make it to the Finals, it was an enlightening process. This is the first time we consolidate our experience to publish an academic report, and we see a lot of potentials using research inform our work, and leveraging on the networks of the higher education institutions, like the Graduate Institute and the London School of Economics.
