Lensational have been selected for The Fore‘s Summer Funding Round 2017!
The Fore are a collective of bold individuals, businesses and charities. They have granted funding so we can increase our impact and transform Lensational to a self-sustaining organisation.
With the money we will scale up our photography training to reach 1,000 women across 15 countries. We’re in the process of developing a photo sharing app which will make it easier for photographs to be accessed and for women to share them with each other and the world.
We’ll also be able to develop and revamp the technology we use to store, collate and organise the photographs the women we train take.
The funding will also be used to develop our global programmes so that we can expand their reach and efficacy.
Ensuring that Lensational is growing and developing is of paramount importance and funds like this allow us to be self- sustaining and make sure our work is more efficient and in line with emerging markets.
Our CEO, Bonnie Chui, will be attending a Welcome Lunch with The Fore in October.
