Volunteer with Us

Are you a committed, creative and visionary independent worker as well as team player eager to steer the success of a young and dynamic start-up?

Lensational is offering exciting opportunities for anyone (18+) interested in merging business innovation and (artistic) creativity in the women empowerment space. You will be an integral part of an entrepreneurial team and gain experience within and beyond the social enterprise sector. Opportunities exist across all fields – business development, marketing and communications, programme management, human resources, administration and operations.

We are currently especially looking for volunteers in Mumbai.

Get in touch at info@lensational.org if you would like to join the team of 60 volunteers across 18 countries and 20+ nationalities, and contribute to making Lensational’s vision a reality around the globe.

Voices from our volunteers

Lensational wouldn’t be what it is today, if it wasn’t for its committed volunteers:

You need to be someone who is self-starting, committed and passionate to be a Lensational volunteer – but you will receive as much as you give! Since I started out as a marketing and communications officer with Lensational in London in 2015, I have crossed paths with numerous inspiring people that we have partnered with – from remarkable change-makers in Hong Kong and London, confident youths in Kenya and Bangladesh fighting for equality and diversity, to our talented students who have touched me deeply with their personal stories of grit and resilience. I have grown as an individual and become more connected to the world around me. When I returned to Singapore in 2016, I initiated a photography programme with a micro-business school here and continue to be involved with the rest of the global Lensational team working on business development, communications and research while working as a journalist full-time. I’m happy to witness the remarkable growth Lensational has attained in the past years, and I am proud to have contributed to its development in my own little ways.
